thanks Bella, i did  convert the recipe but for the other thermal cooker, i would still use the same method if using the TM

i baked some more this moring without pressing them down b4  baking ,  still 2  flat  :-))
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

yes i do, but i like the look of the one in the photo  :-))

 They are a  soft and fudgy biscuit a  big hit with frank and the kids

will post the recipe later on

Those biscuits look scrummy.  ;D

Quite a slow cooking day here.  Just some porridge for breakfast and some raspberry jam.  Soon will be rice & butter chicken for dinner.  :)

I revisited a bread roll recipe I made some time ago, converted from a Pioneer Woman's recipe, (only using Chookie's No Fuss recipe instead).  Really loved it today, went perfectly with a JO recipe (Beef Chimichurri with new potatoes & crunch salad).

I remember them Julie, I made them once  ;)  Nice to revisit a recipe that was successful - hard to do though as there are so many in our repertoire these days.

I agree Judy.  This was only the 2nd time I'd made them myself but so liked them that I will be making again soon, turned out better than I remembered  ;D

Here is the photo of Tenina's Fruit and Nut slice that I made yesterday. It is really nice and even moderately healthy.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
