I made the Banana, Date and Walnut loaf from EDC but replaced the walnuts with craisins to make it school friendly. Also reduced the sugar to 90g. Delicious :)
Currently have a sundried tomato/zucchini/celery risotto cooking for dinner  ;D

Some days you just feel like converting some old recipes Amy - I've been taking my books and files to bed at night and found so many recipes I'd still like to convert.

Everyone has been busy as usual.
I have been given some figs, so I have tried to make a fig paste, similar to quince paste. DD was sick at school today, so i had an unexpected afternoon at home. it is reqlly sweet, and I'm not sure if it will set - I probably should have cooked it longer, but I had to pick up DS from school.

You were a bit slack today Uni, come on girl lift your game :D :D

Lovely photos as usual - is there any way you can add the name of the dish under each picture ?

Awesome work Uni :D I wish I had more people to cook for!

Some days you just feel like converting some old recipes Amy - I've been taking my books and files to bed at night and found so many recipes I'd still like to convert.

I've got a lot of recipes bookmarked to try too Judy, but unfortunately they are not all recipes mum and SD would like to eat :-))

It does look good Uni, going to share it with us in the non-TMX recipes?  If it is good enough for DS's restaurant it must be darn good.

The only cooking today was scones and dinner.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
