I've only ever made one batch of nut butter and ate it in about 5 days. My waistline can't afford it. :-[

I only have 2, but end up with 5-6 kids every school afternoon.

Muffins for mum and Dad tomorrow

another quiche, I have 10 dozen eggs at the moment. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Oh, sorry Brumington! I thought I had posted my photo :-)) ;D

Mango custard is DELICIOUS. I just peeled my fresh mango, chopped it up, pureed it, and then added the ingredients for EDC custard (reduced sugar) to the TMX bowl. Cook as per EDC and then refrigerate. Its much better cold ;)
SO YUMMY :D :D

Cook-athon, not all Thermie, for DD's first real birthday party.

Carrot cake as cupcakes with apple syrup cream cheese icing (recipe on this forum)

Mini quiches, caramel popcorn, butterfly cupcakes using never fail cupcake recipe on this forum and prepped cheeseymite scrolls for baking tomorrow.

Also used Thermie to whip cream for butterfly cupcakes.

Haven't done this much baking in a long time!

ETA whoa Robyn! You beat me hands down!!

As usual everyone has put me to shame, but not to worry. It was warm here today and I have just seen the weather and there are 4 or more 40's coming up.  :'( :'(
I made Judy's Carrot and Cherry slice but I used sultanas instead of cherries, and pizza bases for dinner.

Thanks Judy!  She turned 6 mid Jan, but she's never had a birthday party with her friends. She is very excited!

She was also very appreciative of my cooking efforts today, unprompted she came up to me to give me a kiss and she said "thanks for your hard work mum" lol too cute!

Kids really do appreciate it when their Mums go to a lot of trouble for them - that was lovely Suzie, bet it bought a lump to your throat and a smile to your face.

Great job SuzieG. Happy birthday to DD and hope the party goes well. DS will be 6 this year too and hasn't had a friends party yet either. Would love to hear how it all goes. Good luck :)

Made fig jam from EDC. It made so many jars 8 jars out of a kilo of figs, I made two lots as the figs were over ripe. Also made another batch of the chili jam from this site and a loaf of fruit bread and beetroot salad.
