Did you make them first in your chip maker in the microwave Chookie then cook them in the oven. Love the dark, crunchy ones - my favourites.Today I wanted to use up a small quantity of chicken and some leftover vegies so I did 1/4 of the recipe Mrs Duck's chicken curry, added the vegies and zapped some peas & thawed out a pack of curried rice & raisins - had to cook the curry in the microwave as I had the TMX steaming my piece of corned beef. I also took advantage of the steam and cooked some eggs and potatoes for a salad meal.Made Elizabeth's mayonnaise and some Ultimate Chocolate Cookies.
