Its the taste that counts Suzanne ;D
I find coating things in flour or sugar (depending on the dish) helps them "float" :)

I'm making a big batch of cauliflower cheese. Will put one dish in the freezer and have one tonight :D

Hopefully it sets Suzanne. If not you can put into bowls and call it trifle   ;)
So long as it tastes good   ;D

Maddy, you are truly amazing with your cake decorations.

I've made a loaf of my Vienna bread but put lots of seeds in it for DH while we are away. Will make some choc chip biscuits later on and some buns for our hamburgers tonight.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I know it's really disappointing when it doesn't work the way it should.
Has happened to me and its frustrating
Good that your pastry is perfect. Hopefully it will set and taste yummy
