I bet the host did get a surprise when your 'meals on wheels' contribution turned up Amy - I've done the same when asked to bring a plate although not quite as much as you did as I knew all the neighbours would contribute (all bought stuff).  You sort of get on a roll and can't stop  :-))  Well done Amy, once again I think you should be in the catering business.

Thanks Judy ;D ;) :-*
She did look a bit surprised when I walked in with my arms full of containers and the cake pops balanced on top... :-))
I hadn't been going to do sweets but then I was in the supermarket and I thought "what the heck, I want to make sweets too" :D

Tried out the new mini bundt pan from WS today. Made a half quantity of bimby chocolate cake and it made 45. Dropped some over to mum and she thought they looked lovely. DH was a bit grumbly stating "I will need about 10 of these for smoko"  ;D
I was so pleased with the result, they just fell out of the pan.

Yes loved it Suzanne. Very heavy but so moist. Cut up well and is still nice tonight. Such an easy recipe. Worth a try.

Hally, did you use the EDC pasta recipe for the shells?
