No cooking here really. Ricotta cheese and the roasted vegetable calzone for dinner
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lasagne for stepdaughter and her mum. Mum was in an accident and came home from hospital today. Broken nose and cheek bone plus 14 stitches to her face and broken teeth.

Yes, apparently looks quite a mess. Certainly glad this weekend is over.

Shame it is school holidays, although SD usually brings her friends over here to hang out in the Granny flat, so hopefully mum can rest up.

Having a Uni moment. Up early and started cooking. Chicken and vegie soup done overnight in the slow cooker and date scones for DH's smoko.

M&M Biscuits - take 2.

Well, gave them another whirl this morning. A better size but not enough M&Ms. They are not going to get the better of me. Off to the shops to buy more M&M's.  :-))

Lovely bread Hally.

M&M Biscuits - Take 3. I'm getting worse. Size a bit big, over cooked and the m&m's have disappeared. Oh well, will try again.
