That looks lovely Chookie. I do hope there are no fires any where at all while you have the heat. Take care everyone.
I have made 2 stained glass window cakes and Tenina's vanilla pastry to make fruit mince pies.

Lovely cooking everyone, it all looks delicious!
Today I've made 4 batches of fudge and some pomegranate molasses.
It's so hot here in Adelaide we're having tuna patties and salads for dinner.

CP you can buy whole smoked chicken all the time from Coles and Woolies and this time of year they sometimes have the breast only. You could substitute pickled pork or ham.

No CP it is usually with the hams in Coles and with the chickens or hams in Woolies. Though I have seen it wil the fresh chickens sometimes in Coles. Usually about $10 -$13 for a very small one.
