Thanks CC - have finished a batch of jam and now have plums in the basket for the liquor (except using vodka)  :-*

Not sure, just taken out of the freezer, 1kg bbq steak, 1kg  mince & 2kg of chicken thighs.

Need to make bread, we are out now :)

making fig jam ATM and this morning i made a nutella tart

this time  i used i smaller dish and lots more nutella  ;D very pleased with the results
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Cooking is the last thing on my mind this week.  Lovely tart Uni and nice rolls Michele.  Hally that amount of meat would last me 2 weeks!

Turkish Bread looks great Hally.  :D

Vegetarian burger patties to go in the bread rolls. Got the thumbs up from DH that said they had a nice meaty texture.
Extremely economical to make too.

I have posted the recipe if anyone is interested.
