My first post, so here goes, have made a batch of tomato relish, a batch of capsicum and eggplant relish, and a non thermomix stuffed zucchini dish, basically I have an oversupply of eggplant and zucchini's to deal with.

Why do I come and look at this thread? Everyone's cooking looks divine. Am very hungry now. Slow day in the kitchen. Just some honey oat dinner rolls.

I think it is me that is cooking today (a new dish I just invented "Roast Cuilidh"!) - I stepped outside and could have sworn I had stepped into my oven, it was so hot!

Cooled off now, fortunately.

Smoothies, slow cooker bread, 2x fluffy pizza dough (cooked in pizza oven) and banana oat pikelets :) we now have lots of leftovers :)
