Just a thought mab, maybe don't use a pan next time. I don't for my Cobb loaf.

Loaf looks good, Mab.

Haven't made bread rolls for more than 6 months. Dusted off my KitchenAid and gave tangzhong bread a go, to see whether it was easier than the TMX. Shaped the bread into chicken curry buns and baked in the airfryer. Recipe from http://en.christinesrecipes.com/2010/03/japanese-style-bacon-and-cheese-bread.html

Might have over proofed it :(

Looks great BZB. So which was easier, TMX or Kitchenaid?

Chicken curry buns sound very nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

The potato scones sound interesting MF.
Those crepes look so good Chookie as does your focaccia Judy. Such good cooks on here.
Hally you a very good friend to be making meals, I'm sure it will make her recovery much easier with a freezer full of delicious meals.

Got talked into buying the pan and have no idea what it is for but bread seems a good idea. Absolutely yummy MF.

I wish. I had added some rosemary or basil. Used up some sundried tomatoes, caramelised onion from the fridge and quite a bit of confit of garlic with slathering of oil. Also some cheese from the freezer! I won't want my dinner now I have eaten a big hunk of it.
