Quirky Jo's tomato sauce. Delicious. dh dropped me home so I could wash the clothes and get ready for our next week on the road.

So glad I was able to use all our tomatoes in time and make this beautiful sauce. Also cut up 6 punnets of strawberries and froze them and burried the compost from the fridge. Phew everything done ready to hit the road soon.

Made this beautiful Warm Chicken Salad in Varoma.  I wanted to share it and got up early to type up recipe and the B........y thing timed out and I lost it. 

Will have another go tomorrow.

Love the salad chookie.
Today I made Astarra's bread rolls. Not as perfect as Astarra's, but delicious and easy.
