Fantastic cooking everyone.
I miss having littlies around to eat all the yummy stuff.
Kimmy I am always amazed at how perfect your scrolls are, everyone exactly the same. Lovely.
ES, you set such a high standard in your house. One very lucky family.

Apple spice cake from TRTLMT. Not sure I like the amount of spices (nutmeg, cinnamon and mixed spiced) in the recipe but am impressed with how tall and fluffy the cake turned out.

Decided to bring one of my Thermies to work, and make lunch.
Well I have a pretty large kitchen bench at work too.
So I have bread in the oven, and Minestrone soup cooking at the moment.
so much better than buying stuff.

I made some cupcakes today and some of ILB's icing to put on them. That was about it.

Just catching up. I have just read and looked at pages and pages of beautiful food. What talent we have here. Thanks for the photos.
Not a lot of cooking here but made Cumquat Marmalade and Pot Stickers. The filling for the Pot stickers , ( one lot with prawns and one lot with chicken) was made in the TMX. Will post the recipe.
The Marmalade was made on the stove top as was too much for TMX. Instead of water, I used liquid made from the cores and skins of apples that I dried.
