Phew, everyone has been busy. I made some Peanut Biscuits and created a tropical smoothie. It was very tasty....not the best for a cool day though.

Tonight I made pasta with my new Philips pasta machine and then I made it into a chicken & mushroom pasta dish. We had a big lunch, so we didn't eat dinner (it's in the fridge for tomorrow). It was fun making the pasta.

Lovely looking meal Katie. The Pasta machines are great. I use mine at least once a week. I've found that a lot of the recipes in the book are very nice too.

The only cooking here will be Cornish Pasties for dinner with some vegetables.

Pasta looks great Katy; I have lamb and barley soup on for dinner tonight and hope to make some rolls to go with it but first have to take DH to have a skin cancer removed.

I hope it isn't too bad for him Troupie. I've found ones on the head are usually much sorer (or should that be more sore?) than those on the rest of the body. Take care of him.

Carrot cake and Cauliflower & Almond Soup to take to GF house tomorrow as it's her birthday.   Will make some rolls in the morning to go with the soup.
