Both look well worth tucking into.

Have made some Kefir so will make some Lemon Ice cream out of it today.  Will make another lot to strain and make a light soft cheese. Then might make a third lot to make Bircher muesli. I thought I had killed the grains as it had been in the fridge for about a month but it  came good after 2 days sitting on the bench.

I made Spring Onion pancakes from our FF cooking class with Alyce A.  There was a slightly different version in the Melbourne Herald Sun last week so have adapted slightly to add sesame oil and a little garlic to the oil,  so addictive .

Yeh,  first time I could up load a photo, so easy now.  I also made a dipping sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and some lemon juice(Meyer) .  Happy😀 Thanks MM.

I made the Spring Onion Pancakes last weekend too, mine were a much more 'interesting' (i.e. read 'irregular') shape than yours, Brenda.  Next time I think I'll just use garlic oil in them, though, and no spring onions, see how they go.

Today I made Bron's Vegetable Stock Concentrate, then added some extra veg to the bowl before cleaning and made soup.  I've also made some Rough Puff Pastry and the first half of the Creme Pattisier for a Vanilla Slice.  The recipe is from the pastry class I went to early last month.  I'll finish it off tomorrow to take to the family.

Nursing home is in lock-down today with gastro so I've spent a few hours in the kitchen instead of visiting.

Have made 2 lots of Chookie's No Fuss dough for rolls and loaves, Dede's Choc-Chip cookies Chookie's Honey Snap Biscuits.

Judy you have been busy. It's horrid when nursing homes are in lock down. I hope neither of your loved ones catch it.

Well done Brenda. I hope to try a couple of things from our AA class, I just need the occasion.

I made French crepes from the recipe community and they were spectacular.
