I hope he comes good soon Denise.

When you don't cook much why do you buy so many potatoes???   So, on a really hot afternoon I got to and used all but a handful I'm keeping for soup tomorrow. My varoma got a good work out and everything will go into the freezer.

Par-steamed 2 lots of chips in the steaming basket.

Made 1 batch of mashed potato

Par steamed a potato, garlic, spring onion and cream casserole. When it cools down I'll portion it out into small casserole dishes and freeze to bake later.

When I buy potatoes I buy what I think I will need for the week. When DH buys them he buys heaps and they end up looking like yours Judy. He really likes potatoes in all forms.

Same here Cookie, we don't eat a lot of spuds, only buy as I need them.

I'm the same only buy when we need them, saying that I made skinnymixers French potato salad for dinner, DH loved it.
That's a lot of potatoes Judy but a very productive afternoon.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

It will be interesting to see how they go in the a/f CP, I've never done this before.

Chookie I hate running out of potatoes even if the supermarket is just around the corner but in your case I can certainly understand why you need to buy bigger packs.

Skinnymixers has some very popular recipes Jenny, I've got quite a few on my 'to do' list.

I've made the little 'lemon coconut steamed puddings with citrus dessert syrup' from the Varoma demo class; simply delightful.  :D
