All I did in my TMX today was make mango daiquiris for friends who dropped in for afternoon tea. That was after we had coffee, leftover German cherry crumble cheesecake, the cookies I made yesterday and the Green Goddess mayo served as a dip with crackers. No panic when they rang to see if it was OK to come as I was lucky enough to have plenty to give them.
Have a great holiday Cookie1, glad to hear your TMX is going on the holiday too

You'll have to stay a while ILB, it's a long way to come just for a coffee.

Today I have made maddy's bacon & cheese rolls for lunch (yum), a batch of mushroom sauce for the freezer, roasted 1/2 dozen red capsicums for the freezer, made a slow-cooked spicy calamari/pasta for tea and finished the day off with TMB's gin cocktail which I managed to get all wrong but it still tasted nice.

Made the potato and tomato soup and then had to make some of isi's rolls to go with it. I've posted the soup recipe.

Enjoy your holiday Cookie - you're only a couple of hours from me!! My DS starts his job in Albany next Monday at Elders!
In the past few days I've used Thermie for bread, tortillas, Brinjal Pickle, American Pumpkin Cake (uses canned soup, wouldn't recommend it!) and steamed vegies.

I used my TMX this morning to cook a largish batch of mixed grains which I am going to turn into patties, which will be baked later.
I'm driving to New Mexico Saturday and am preparing some healthy snacks to take along so I won't be tempted by the fast-food places along the way.
I made a batch of 30-minute mozzarella last night and shaped it into "marbles" which are presently in brine but tomorrow I will transfer them to a container of seasoned oil in which they can marinate until I am ready to eat them.
I only used the TMX to heat the milk and finished the mozz in the microwave.
This time I was smart and used some new heat-resistant food-handler gloves I found at the local restaurant supply store. They are long enough that I don't get hot whey inside the gloves as has happened in the past.
I'm taking my laptop with me and have a wireless link so will be able to stay in touch. Not taking Tuffy with me as I will have no occasion to do any cooking.

Made these last night to take to work, thought I would share them with you as I have now worked out how to download pictures from my new camera. Will post all the relevant photos in their place.
By the way these are Vienna Muesli Brioches, very yummy!

In the last couple of days I have made Red Lentil Dahl and Chickpea and vegetable curry. I found both to be tasty but a bit to much liquid which I will adjust next time, also made garlic rice, yum I'm just about to make butter which I will mix with rice bran oil to make spreadable. Rainbow

It started raining here this morning so I thought I'd cook, with the TMX of course!!. Made isi's new bread, strongly recommended, ate it for lunch with the left over potato and tomato soup with sage. then made the custard powder biscuits, delicious , thanks Ceejay. Then Date crumble slice, yummmmmy. Ate it hot with cream. Thanks Creampuff. Also heated up the Bourbon Chicken sauce to have over grilled chicken, beans from the garden and mashed potato.
