Can use cranberries instead of Sultanas in Hot X Buns.
I make the citrus peel and freeze it. ( I have posted method at end of Hot X Bun recipe.) Always there.
Thanks for the photos girls.  Inspirational.
Today cooking, rice for the family.  Most will be frozen so as to have on hand.
Making Cookies Classic bread. Have had to buy a couple of loaves of bread lately,  disgusting stuff. Hadn't realised how much flavour home baked bread has.
Bought a slice of frozen Alaskan fish. Will cook it in the Varoma in a light lemon sauce.
Saw a Dan Lepard biscuit recipe, will make if I have time.
Margaret, glad the party was a success.
Need to spend time in veggie garden,  has gone wild. The silver beet is as big as Elephants ears.

A batch of  Spinach & 3 Cheese Triangles from Creat Bake Make.  Recipe says it makes 12, I could only get 9 and as you can see 1 is missing. Plus I didn't make them as triangles.

Also a loaf of Cookies Classic Loaf.  This took ages to rise as the weather here is a lot cooler than we have been having.

They look lovely Margaret. The bread does take ages to rise.

Baked all morning.  Loved it .
Made 20 small dinner rolls using up odd bits of flour and seeds. Also Cookies Clessic loaf, looks good but took ages to rise as it has turned cold here. Then 3 bread sticks for garlic bread.
Then a new Dan Lepard biscuit recipe.  Lovely, dried Apricot and Chocolate chip. His recipes are always so good.
Will post when I get a moment. Does any one remember when I was told by Dans partner to remove all my adapted Dan Lepard recipes. .? MM to the rescue.
Bacon and eggs for lunch. The bacon was from a local family. The eggs from our Chookies.
Spaghetti Bol for Dinner with a slice of Cookies Classic bread.
