Today I am baking a Pineapple Fruit cake and a loaf of seed No Fuss bread. I have bought a couple of loaves of bread recently and although expensive, they were not nice.

I did find that one at the Royal Show Sue but couldn't find anything else, there is so much of everything.  It certainly deserved 1st prize.

I made another batch of the rolls that you treat like Bagels. They turned out much better this time and were lovely with Tenina's Chicken soup with Parmesan Dumplings. https://tenina.com/recipes/chicken-soup-with-parsley-parmesan-dumplings

Cookie, looks like a perfect meal for our still cool weather. Both rolls and soup look scrumptious.
Today I will be making bread but I need a quickie so will do the Brown Irish soda bread. Chicken,barley & vege soup.
I am out of LSA and Granola. I have been making the granola from Every day cooking for thermomix families.

A couple of weeks ago DD and I shared in a bakeitbox. They send you all the ingredients and instructions to do a specific cake. She enjoys different challenges like this. Here is the completed cake. A little rough around the edges but I think DD learnt a lot from doing it. I was mainly the dishwasher.
It is a 6 inch cake and 4 layers. It has melted chocolate over the buttercream icing.

DD did a great job Cookie, was the actual cake inside nice?
This seems to be the trend now with cakes doesn't it? High rise layers with a poured topping and relatively easy decorations.

I am out of LSA and Granola. I have been making the granola from Every day cooking for thermomix families.
Do you make your own LSA Katj?  It's quick and easy.  Equal quantities of golden linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds (I also put chia into mine).

Zap the linseed (and chia if you are using it) for 3 - 4 seconds (listen to the TMX for when it is done).  Add the sunflower seeds and almonds and another zap for a couple of seconds and it's done. 

It takes longer to assemble the ingredients than to make the LSA.  I usually use 1/2 an mc of each and that does me for a couple of weeks.
