I made this zucchini lasagne tonight http://www.skinnytaste.com/zucchini-lasagna/

I'm giving the 5:2 diet another go and this one cut into12 pieces will be perfect for 'fasting' days with salad. Here's some of the slices.

Yesterday I made enough Bircher Museli base for 3 days, mixed in the TMX. It uses oat bran instead of rolled oats.
Also made mixed nuts mixed with egg white and a little Chilli and Rosemary and roasted in AF.

Miss 3.5 made chocolate custard this morning (with a bit of help ;) )
We also made some meat patties and some meatballs together before the older girls woke up :)

That looks lovely Judy. I will have to investigate that site.
I've made a sweet bun loaf using Chookie's No Fuss recipe. I added a very good squirt of molasses and a dollop of yoghurt into the liquid. Then kneaded dried cherries and almonds into the dough.

Just baking now. I checked the instruction book and they seem to cook their fruit breads at a much lower temperature for longer. So I'm giving that a shot. I'm not too sure how it will go.

Thanks girls, I've been following her for a while on Facebook and I even found I had one of her recipe books in my bookcase - that was a surprise!

Is it out of the oven yet cookie?

The lasagne looks lovely Judy. Lots of cooking going on.

Yesterday made banana (they are ripening so quickly in this heat) walnut, maple syrup and choc chip muffins.

The loaf that was cooked at a slower temperature, for longer seems a little dry to me. The taste is there but I think I will stick to my temperatures.
We had a quiche last night and it just didn't seem to brown at all in the oven, then all of a sudden it looked perfect. Obviously browning happens toward the end of cooking in this oven.

You'll soon get used to it cookie, it takes a while.
I had a piece of the zucchinilasagne tonight, it was very tasty. I've also printed our more of her low cal recipes.

Denise, your link is not working to the fruit compote.

Cookie you will get there. dIL spent a whole weekend cooking different things to get used to her steam oven. She said that with prep done in the TMX, a perfect combination.

Yesterday I made a loaf of no fuss bread and some vanilla currant cookies from a CWA recipe.
