This is the rye SD I had in the fridge. It is from the WW Breads book. I thought I may have mucked it up as I was about 100g short on the starter, so added a bit extra water. I also replaced about 100g of the flour with rye flour. The taste is lovely and not too sour for DH.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie, interesting looking loaf.
The Zuchinni Lasagna was the most interesting dish I have made for some time. Certainly not ‘skinny’. The Zuchinni was dipped in an egg batter and shallow fried. The result was that it tasted as though it had pasta in the finished dish.

I have Apricot Chicken in the oven and have cut up more tomatoes for relish/sauce.

Yes CC we have plenty of tomatoes.  I only put in three plants, 2 large variety and 1 small variety.  They have all gone crazy.

My one puny wee tomato plant is also going nuts and one of my colleagues at work has more tomatoes than he knows what to do with!  He gave me some today so I am making a panzanella salad tonight.

DS gave me a batch of this delicious granola for my birthday. I made a batch for myself overnight last night. On DS recommendation I upped the Cardamon to 1 teaspoon. I used what nuts I had in my cupboard too.
