It’s wonderful that you are teaching those children how to cook Chookie, I imagine their Mum really appreciates all you do for them.

Judy, I don’t mind at all.  She has done so much for the garden and charges too little.

It sounds like a wonderful experience for everyone Chookie. I feel like making something today but we don't really need anything. I will see.

I hope to make a chocolate cake later today. It was in the paper and has boiling water and cocoa to make a sort of slurry in it. It says its very light.

Two experiments today - Hippie loaf (I just hope it doesn't go for my hips!) and Mediterranean Butternut casserole (turned out really nice)

Yesterday we had DS and family for lunch. Made Narells thin and crispy Pizza dough recipe.  Everyone made their own Pizza.  They loved making their own. I cooked them in the Pizza machine.
Ice cream to follow.

It's a vegan savoury type loaf, Cookie (onion, quinoa, etc.) not a bread style loaf - more a meatless meat loaf.  I won't be cooking it again, not one of my better experiments!
