Looks good, Judy.  I love custard but I can't make it now and it's not quite the same made with non-dairy milk (DH is intolerant to dairy!)

Good effort  Judy.  Nice to see you all prepared.
Cooked Cream Puffs for Fathers Day.  Mixed some of the Pesto with soft cheese.  Made a lovely dip.

I'm making Onion Jam from the super kitchen machine site with some red onions that were given to me yesterday.  I  was also given a large bag of lemons.  Does anyone have a good recipe for Lemon Butter.

I was trying to remember the name of the Super Kitchen Machine site just a couple of days ago and, for the life of me, I could not remember it.  I used to be on and off it a lot many years ago, but for some reason got out of the habit. Thanks for reading my mind and mentioning it today, I must go back and have a look at it again.

Mab, I look lovingly at that onion recipe.  But as onions don’t like me I have resisted .  It certainly looks yummy.
I made some caul soup but added too much white pepper, So boiled some Pumpkin and added to the soup. Blended together in TMX made a new fav soup , very low in calories.  Also added spoonful of pesto mixed with a soft cheese before serving.
I have been preparing a very large bowl of veggies to steam or stir fry.  I place into a large plastic bag in fridge.  I just remove a few handfuls and please in steamer. Saves a lot of time and uses up a lot of veggies.

I made a boiled fruit cake yesterday that had frozen cherries added to it. Its quite nice. You don't wait for the mix to cool, you just add the cherries and they cool it. Very easy.  I have a Classic loaf rising at the moment.

Love Boiled fruit cake.  Usually make the pineapple one.
Made these Peanut butter biscuits today.  Not too sweet, even with the Lindt chocolate on top.  Made 58
