Lovely ravioli JulieO.

I'd love an enormous pantry. The house my brother bought over east when he shifted has a long narrow room running behind the kitchen that is the pantry. It is amazing with doors at both ends. I could fill that so easily.

Today I have made banana choc chip muffins and rainbow's quick beanie mix - will review when I've tried it.

Cooked the muffins in the weber as my oven is not working at the moment, Miele coming tomorrow to look at it $$$$$$$$  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Oh no JD no oven. :( I think I would feel like I'd lost a friend. I'm constantly amazed by your ingenuity - you must be the weber guru as you seem to be able to cook anything in it.

It does have a gas conversion kit fitted VHJ so, apart from the fact it runs a bit hotter than what you sometimes need (even on low), it is just like an outdoor oven and has proved invaluable over the years.  I do all my roasting out there, saves having to clean the inside oven and in summer of course, keeps the house cool.

Miele man came and nothing wrong with oven apart from the fact that Grandson recently fiddled with the knobs and put it on lock.  Silly me didn't have a clue and therefore couldn't get it to work.  Luckily, he fixed it under warranty even though it had sat in it's box brand new in DD's garage for 3 years ready for a new build and then she changed her mind and bought something different.  I've had it about a year I think.  So, grand-daughter is here today and we made some brownies for her to take home and for the freezer.

Really pleased your oven is ok JD.  I am impressed with your weber skills as well.  I need to buy a new weber and was interested to read about yours being gas converted.  Would you recommend this as I am constantly arguing with hubby about how many brickets to put in Weber!!!

If you get a gas conversion with your new weber kezza, you won't even need your husband when it comes time to light it  :-)) :-)) :-))  I absolutely love mine and love to do standing rib roasts, either pork, veal or beef, fabulous meals for entertaining. It is handy as a second oven for heating things for parties, keeping the heat out of the kitchen in summer and is much quicker than the bricket type.  I'm sure you won't be sorry if you go down this path.

Wow, an oven that can be locked.  Great idea if the ankle biters like to touch it. I'm glad it was nothing serious Judy.

Yes, but not so good if the ankle biters get to it first and poor old Grandma doesn't work out what is going on. Can a 2 yr old be smarter than a 64 year old  ??? ???

Judy I cook everything in my gas weber. At least it is the one thing my DH cleans so naturally I use it for everything I don't use the TMX for. I use the Wok burner all the time as well and not only for the walk but for frying. Outside and outta my kitchen even for pizza. BTW how is the car going?

And no 2 year olds are not smarter than Grandma. Pull yourself together girl.

;D ;D ;D OK Mum  ;D ;D ;D  Nice to hear someone else is wrapped with their weber, if only my DH could clean mine but it is far quicker for me to do things around here.  Yes thanks the car is going great guns, not that we have been going too far lately.

Now that I am finally settled into my new home, I have just gotten back into TM cooking and in the past few days have been busy making, vegie stock, vanilla ice cream, potato and leek soup and easy mayo. The aim is to get some nutella done for the kids in the next coming days.
