We had Maddy's smoky capsicum frittata last night and loved it. I've just taken 2 loaves of Chookie's rustic bread out of the oven. I needed a change from the sourdough.

Visitors for lunch tomorrow.  Tonight made Isi's Coffee Custard,  my Mustard sauce as we are having Corned beef, cooked in Crock Pot.  Tomorrow bread rolls in new tin,  and mashed potatoes in TMX.  and steamed vegies in varoma.  Still picking Blackberries so might try some with Isi's dessert.

Sounds a nice lunch Chookie.  What's this new tin you've got?

Today I've made half a batch of ILB's Honey Soy Stir Fry Chicken Winglets (cheated and bought the already marinated ones then just added some sesame seeds and sesame oil), served it with steamed vegies and an eggplant parmigiana that I prepared last night and just cooked this morning.  Not something I would normally put together on a plate for visitors but it doesn't matter for us when I am trying out new recipes. Would serve the eggplant parmigiana with lamb or just a salad.

I've just made a Maggie Beer macaroni cheese with pumpkin it. We haven't eaten it but I've licked the spoon. I didn't think macaroni cheese could taste so nice.

Today I had a fantastic day in the kitchen, something I haven't been able to do for a longtime. I made another batch of yogurt, and icecream. Then I made a fridge set cheesecake that a girl from work gave me the recipe for as we sat in the lunch room chatting over what we had done in our TM's lately (it was at her demo that I purchased mine). Not sure how it will set as she didn't mention gelatin, but will give it a go, although she did say that some of her family like to use it as an icecream cheesecake and eat it partially frozen. Then I made the chocolate cake (too easy) from the EDC book, didn't seem to rise very much, but will see how it tastes.  Then I made the Chicken gelatine from the Full Steam Ahead cookbook.  Looks great, got it in the fridge cooling at the moment ready to take tomorrow for lunch where we are building our new home.  Also made the dill sauce that went with it, but think it would also make a fantastic dip if made with combined yoghurt and philly cheese.  DH couldn't believe I had done all this, and in just one machine!! happy cooking to everyone and keep contributing to this fantastic site.

I haven't forgotten. When I got home from Jo's TMX 'do' I was so disappointed when my 'mob' informed me that they didn't like the macaroni cheese. They said it was too sweet, which must have been the jap pumpkin. I've frozen the left overs for ME. ;D

It's there now CP63-main meals.

I'm very tempted to do that VHJ. I really liked the idea. Did you make Jo's tomato topping too?

Okay, so I figured out how to get my photos up...so here is the pizza scrolls I made today. I just used the pizza dough recipe in the EDC. Then I put zucchini, red onion, tomato and capsicum and seasonings in the TM and chopped - a few seconds on speed 5. Added some preblitzed cheese and some tomato paste and mixed. Spread onto the dough, rolled up and baked hot oven for about 15 mins.

Hi Sonan, the pizza scrolls look fantastic!  Greata job!
Do you think these could be done as mini-scrolls for finger food for a kids party?
