I love that idea, it constantly amazes me when someone like yourself thinks outside of the square and makes something so special for next to nothing.

This morning made a Lemon Ricotta Cake.  Couldn't stop smiling as it really show cases TMX.  Ricotta made in TMX,  Lemon rind grated in TMX and everything else in TMX. it is a beautiful recipe by Rodney Dunn. I will Post it later as he says it will keep for 3 days in an air tight tin. Just my sort of cake,  light with a lemon nip.   Also made Isi's bread ,Rustic Wheat , Rye and Potato Bread.

School holidays here at the moment so I am having a break from cooking for school lunches, Although I had a bit of a craving to make something so today I made a New York Baked cheese cake, some banana choc chip muffins (To help fix the craving for bananas) and some vanilla ice cream.
If anyone is interested I can post the cheese cake recipe that I converted (Although I don't know what it tastes like as yet)
