Andi,  looks great.  What recipe did you use?  Is stollen similar to Panattone?    Had a slice of Panattone for the first time yesterday and it was Devine.  Looks very similar to your cut loaf.  Would like to make some.  The slice I had was filled with a Bergamot cream.  It seemed to be cooked as a filling in the cake.

I used this recipe - new to me - I omitted the almonds, marzipan and the glaze.  I'm diabetic so used the Splenda/Sugar baking mix instead of regular sugar.  There is plenty of sugar in the fruits so I cut down where I can.

fundj, that orange marmalade looks good. I don't particularly like marmalade, but I think I might have to make some for my granny for xmas.

Today I have made my Chicken, tomato & feta patties (as little meatballs) for starters for tomorrow's weber meal of standing rib roast of beef with jacket potatoes. Caramelised onions made and ready to reheat.

Have made most of the salads and packed them in large zip lock bags for easier storage until the last moment.
JulieO's Curried pasta salad
Thermomixer's Carrot salad
Crunchy Asian salad - Annette Sym Book 3. Vegies in one pack, dressing in another and nuts, seeds & fried noodles in another, all ready to put together at the last moment.
Devilled curried eggs
Steamed asparagus
Tossed salad and beetroot salad will be made in the morning as well as some no fuss rolls.

Lovely looking marmalade Fundj.  :)

It was paste and condiment day today.  I made Umami paste, sun-dried tomato tapenade and sweet & spicy capsicum relish, all in the TM.  :)

Gosh you have all been ever so busy. I'm still trying to sort myself out with the 3 hour time difference between here and Melbourne. Over there I slept till late and here I am waking very early. I'm glad I don't have to cope with a 12 hour difference. I must admit it is much easier when you are driving.

Tonight for dinner we're having a Dinner Spinner recipe.

Decided to check out making bread in my Thermo Thing today.

First tried out the banana bread from Farfallina http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4733.msg59827#msg59827

The dough was very soft and sticky and the loaves are kinda flat.  But they taste great   ;D

Then sticky fruit buns from JulieO http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7970.0
This time my dough was a lot easier to work with.  Haven't tried the result as these are for DH and he is out.

Then I experimented a bit and made some banana raspberry icecream.  I had a tin of raspberry and apple pie filling in my pantry so I used it,  with a couple bananas, some cream and an egg.
It is very yummy.  But not sure if it will be a bit icy. ???
