Thanks Amanda :D I think I might post the recipe... but I'm not sure :-\ I've never sure whether anyone will want to cook something I've converted, in case my cooking was a fluke!
Those cookies look scrummy ;D Did you convert a recipe or make it up?

I wouldn't mind giving it a go, but only if you've got time to post it. I don't have my thermomix yet (6 days to go) so I won't be able to make it for a little while yet anyway...

After the fruit loaf I made Bite-Sized Choc Almond Butter Biscuits. Just posted the recipe if anyone else wants to give them a whirl ;)
Yoghurt-making has been put off until tomorrow (again). Lucky I still have enough of my last batch for breakfast tomorrow :-))
