Oh no Maddy, my girls are going to want to move in with you...
Made today: 2x batches pizza scrolls (one with spring onions 1 without), 1x batch buns with tom paste, bacon and cheese in the middle (never done this before so waiting to get them out of the oven to see how they went!!) and 1 batch plain buns.

I'm translating that page with the pastina recipe and can't find a translation for this: sminuzzerà
Can anyone tell me? I'm guessing it's low speed as the next comment says if you speed up the noodles will be smaller.
Maddy, they look awesome!

l'impasto si sminuzzerà
the mixture will crumble
i hope the helps MJ
se si aumenta la velocità la pastina risulterà più piccola
yes MJ the faster speed will result in smaller pasta

A teacher at DWs school gave her some freshly picked field mushrooms to bring home to me. So I made mushroom risotto. I am going to try another batch of the chocolate cranberry biscuits too.

If it had been both legs you wouldn't have to worry about your feet anymore Uni
