Oh no Maddy, my girls are going to want to move in with you... :D
Made today: 2x batches pizza scrolls (one with spring onions 1 without), 1x batch buns with tom paste, bacon and cheese in the middle (never done this before so waiting to get them out of the oven to see how they went!!) and 1 batch plain buns. :)
:D

I'm translating that page with the pastina recipe and can't find a translation for this: sminuzzerà

Can anyone tell me? I'm guessing it's low speed as the next comment says if you speed up the noodles will be smaller.

Maddy, they look awesome!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

l'impasto si sminuzzerà

the mixture will crumble

i hope the helps MJ

se si aumenta la velocità la pastina risulterà più piccola

yes MJ the faster speed will  result in smaller pasta

A teacher at DWs school gave her some freshly picked field mushrooms to bring home to me.  So I made mushroom risotto. I am going to try another batch of the chocolate cranberry biscuits too.
