Ok so far I have made fudgy wudgy cookies, the sponge cake for lamingtons and I'm just doing the custard for Portuguese custard tarts. That's a good start.

Good on you girls. I am cleaning and washing :@(
If I have time, I will make a brownie for DS morning tea this week at school. Off for coffee and cake at a cafe in town this afternoon for a gf birthday.

A man can take only so much mess Uni.  Get the cooking done, tidy up the mess and be ready to sit down with him when he gets back - you with a wine and he with a cup of his favourite drink  :-* :-*

My kitchen is a total mess too Fundj, I have stuff spread from one end to the other, I have run out of bench space. Better clean up a bit I guess so I can keep cooking. ;D
