Made the homemade milo today.  Yum.  Please tell me it's ok to have 3-4 cups a day.  Each ingredient has many health benefits  but I don't know if that is canceled out when all together.  Anyway has to be healthier than the shop stuff

;D i will lie next time amy  ;D

when i make  matchsticks i use a small round cookie cutter, it does take more time to fill but less time to eat and no mess  ;D

 ;D

Would that mean less calories too? :-)) :-))

I just tried a new variation on my porridge using rolled rye, buckwheat, pepitas, linseeds and mixed nuts. YUMMY :D

When I think of all the bits and pieces of puff pastry I have thrown out when making pie tops  :-))  From now on I will be making these, all shapes and sizes - the round ones sound nice Uni.

Judy, there were 3 sheets of puff pastry in the packet.  The matchsticks were made with the one left over from the Vanilla slices.  Made 5.  Uni , love your idea of making round ones ,  and yes Judy good for using up the bits.

I just put some muffins in the oven. If they turn out any good I'll post the recipe. I completely made it up though, so... ???

I have some chicken paste on from MWOC.

I am not so keen on the chicken stock powder I made, I use very little at a time & think it as a burnt taste. As we are having chicken & veg soup later this week I thought i woukd make the paste.
