Love long weekends, today I am making muesli bar slice for DH, Tenina's power balls, rice noodles to go with the sticky pork and noodle salad and sticky rice ice cream, then if I have time spicy tomato soup for later in the week.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Have a boiled fruit cake in the oven at the moment.  Maybe some cookies of some sort later.

Today I've made Amy's Pantry Slice, which is a recipe I made up ages ago and never got around to converting! I'm just about to post the recipe under Cakes.

The other recipe I tried to convert didn't go quite as well... I have dubbed them Fat Roll Muffins ;D They were supposed to be Banana Choc Chip, but I have no idea what happened to them ??? Any thoughts anyone?

Something was going on there Amy but I'm no cake genius, you could use them for a bread and butter pudding though.

Coles get all their 'fresh baked' products in frozen and cook them for a little while. Their cookie dough comes in a big plastic bag, all they have to do is put it on a baking tray.

Today I have made Creme Brulee from the UK Thermomix site, a batch of this yoghurt, Moroccan chicken with carrot puree & orange sauce and spicy potato wedges.
