For dinner tonight I am making Trudy O's Honey Mustard Chicken. I made the mushroom risotto last night and added an extra clove of garlic, dried shitake mushrooms along with fresh buttons and some semi dried tomatoes. It was lovely but I'm still not that big of a fan of risotto I don't think. How good are boiled eggs in the thermy though? We've had them yesterday for brunch and this morning for breakfast!

Uni,  sorry but can't cope with the look of steamed bread. Too much of a traditionalist..  That said I love the Varoma for steaming veggies and fish.

If I remember correctly Uni, when I made the steamed bread ages ago it tasted like crumpet - am I dreaming or do you agree with me?
Chookie, have you tried it at all?  I like to do things at least once and I thought steamed bread is better than nothing if your oven carks it and you have no other method of baking it.  I've done the fruit one as well.  A nice little loaf for people on their own too.

I have been meaning to try that Varoma Bread for ages! And your bread looks so good Uni I think I might need to try it very soon ;) :D

I tried a recipe for steamed buns once before, but they came out very chewy in the middle and very soggy on the outside :-\ Oopsies! ;D

Unfortunately I won't be cooking much today because I have a full day of work, appointments and errands :-)) But there is always tomorrow and TM isn't going anywhere!! ;)
