Have had to catch up on all these posts.  So much wonderful food from so many talented cooks.
Gert Miss piggie is best.  When cooked she doesn't have that strong pig smell.
girl lambs are also best for a roast leg,  but a bit difficult to identify.
Not showing Gert and Hally's pork belly to DH, as he keeps asking when we can go and visit Judy so she can cook some pork belly.  Mine isn't nearly as good.
Today cooking cleaning products,  Washing machine powder and Lemon Concentrate, goo for dish washer.
Eating Walnut bread as sandwiches with salmon and Cashew mayo. ( love this stuff)
roast pumpkin and coconut milk soup with croutons made with last of pumpkin bread.
Lasagne made to Neil perry recipe with Buffello Mozzarella.
Trifle,  made custard in Tmx and used peaches, tin, and sponge roll from freezer.

We are not fans of maltese macaroni. Its a good budget meal, maybe I should try it again. Do you use mince or corned beef in yours?

H :)
definitely mince. I don't like the canned corn beef at all !    I add bacon to mine and mine has a lot of sauce whereas my MIL's is quite dry and mostly pasta.

I'll make some on the weekend and post a picture
I do the best I can

Peach upside down cake, finally used up the tin of peaches. Hope that it tastes better than it looks. Should be ok with custard.

Roast pumpkin, mushroom and leek frittata.

Made. Shepherds pie with leftover roast lamb. Added the leftover pumpkin to the new mash for lovely colour. Going into the oven.

Yum, shepherd's pie. I love it!  :)

Just heard DH is having some mates around tonight, so will be doing cooking for them - thought i had heaps of stuff but have just remembered a couple of them are ceoliacs (excuse the spelling) so will need gf stuff! All good tho - another excuse to cook! They are coming not for dinner, just snacks apparently.

Going through some more folders of recipes last night so I am converting a WW recipe for an Indian beef curry from their casserole cookbook.

No wonder DH's mates come round to your place astarra. All the good food you cook for them.
