I made the 5 seed loaf and it made 2 loaves, cooked in 2 small loaf tins. The crust is really crisp, and the bread is delicious. I'm really happy with this bread

i made  1 pie/quiche  for DH  to take to work,i dont cook lunch for him when he is at home
