Thanks Rara. They are my 'my contract is up in 6 weeks and I want it renewed' cupcakes! Lol. My boss is out from the US and he LOVES anything peanut butter. I'm on a 6 month contract, but I love my job and the team I work with. I'm 99% sure they're going to renew it, but I like to joke with my boss and tell him that I'm going to get him addicted to sugar so he has to renew my contract to feed his sugar addiction... Lol

I've just made Tenina's chocolate tablet using Crio Bru!  I'll let you know how it tastes later tonight :P

It's cleared out most of my Crio stash though :(

I wonder whether you could use raw cacao nibs or cacao beans instead of crio bru, so you don't clean out the stash ???

I think you could Debbie but I paid $14.75 for 250g of organic cacao nibs and $18.50 for 375g of Crio Bru - so I think it doesn't matter price wise!

The recipe made about 10 square muffin holes of chocolate.

Oh and I have had my bar tonight and it is delicious!  Almost like a Golden Rough type texture and somewhere in between a dark and milk chocolate sweetness.  I added the zest of 1 orange when I made my caster sugar because I love the orange Choc pairing and it is delicious.

I can't believe I actually made a chocolate bar from scratch!  DH came home in the middle of it and thought I had gone mad when I told him what I was making!!!

They're just the I love bimbo chocolate cake, into cupcakes obviously, then I piped some peanut butter into them when they came out of the oven.  The frosting is the smooth vanilla frosting with cocoa.

Ahh ok, I have some but I'm not sure of the price I paid for them. I think though if I factor in postage it would work out cheaper ! I will have a go sometime soon.  I have ordered the book so will have it shortly ! Thank you.

May have a go at making pasta, today - have never tried it although promising myself to do it for ages.  Thinking of dusting off the KA as it hasn't been used (hangs head and sits in naughty corner) since the TMX arrived.  My DS refers to it as "Mum's museum piece" . . . .  :-))
