Judydawn everything turned out really well.  There are a few changes we will make when cooking them again but I expect to do that when trying any new recipes.

Maddy can you give me a recipe for the icing on your cupcake....or better still one that goes with a vanilla cupcake??

I almost always use the TMX calendar creamy vanilla frosting....I added banana to it which worked well, explained what I did here

Yvette I wish I was as 'short' as you. I'm about 152cm short. Very vertically challenged.

Great effort Amy, did you have a personal favourite amongst that lot?  I hope you have finished baking, you did over and above what anyone would expect as a donation.

Thanks everyone :)

Not that I tried anything Judy, but I really loved making the Choc Orange biscuits. Its such a great recipe, they were so easy to make and smelled absolutely fantastic when they came out of the oven ;D
I have finished for this one, but I told the Red Cross lady to give me a ring if she ever wants any more baking done. I love this sort of thing :) :) :)
The lady was so excited when I walked in carrying a huge container and several bags. She must have thanked me over a hundred times, and she was even crying a little bit. She gave a special oven glove, which I will treasure :D
