I guess they are not used to so much generosity Amy, especially from a 17 year old  :)

I have 3 tins of TMX biscuits and a shelf in the freezer full of cakes - it is going to take forever for us to get through that lot before I can try the choc orange biscuits.  :-))  I knew my stocks wouldn't have got eaten whilst I was away (NOT) but I wanted variety for them.

I guess you're right Judy. Its a shame though because they're such a worthy cause. Same with all charities.

Maddy can you give me a recipe for the icing on your cupcake....or better still one that goes with a vanilla cupcake??

I almost always use the TMX calendar creamy vanilla frosting....I added banana to it which worked well, explained what I did here

Thanks so much Maddy. I hope to try that for a sample batch of cupcakes this Saturday and I might even have a go at making your roses design too and then make some for my daughter's 1st birthday next week.

Apart from that, I'm making lamb shanks today. Would've been better on a wintry day but oh well.

I'm also lacking energy and motivation to use my TMX lately. I feel uninspired :(

Oh and Amy - you have been so busy making all these yummy things. If only you could give me some of your energy . . .

Tasty I have been feeling this way too  :-)),
I am just fed up with winter colds etc so although I don't personally get sick the other 5 in my family do and I find myself getting a little drained caring for everyone all the time probably been the worst 3mths ever.

Anyway today I made some oreo cupcakes and hoping to ice them so they look pretty like maddy's always do and now I think I know what I was doing wrong when icing ( I was starting from the middle and working out, not from the outside in, it should be ok)

Well done Amy, you seem like such a wonderful young lady you remind me a lot of my eldest DD  :)

Today I have found that my eggs have been breeding in the fridge again...I had 8 dozen  :o . So now I have 6 dozen in the fridge and 6 family size bacon and egg pies in the freezer (DH takes them to work for his lunches.)  Should be doing more cooking have the winter can't-be-bothereds too... :-[

Amy that was a mammoth effort. You made so much and packaged it all up so beautifully.

I'm so envious of you all with fresh eggs - one day I'll get my chooks.
