Have made two loaves of bread today, some of Alyce's Tropical slice, Tenina's seeded bread from her blog and I have the slow cooker on doing one of JulieO's recipes in it. Had a lovely but very rushed day. Must go and do my packing. DH has given me a plastic tub and everything I want to take has to go in there. Lucky it is going to be fairly hot, one jumper should do.

Sorry for the background, haven't had time to tidy up much yet. Will do it before we go. Leave it tidy for all the kids.

So far today I have finished draining and bottling my yoghurt, made a loaf of Hally's soft bread and some ginger nut biscuits. Making Baf's Chicken later.

I've made aioli, steamed veg and mash to go with our pork chops, made the Heinz fruit bars (with apple filling) and cooking iced apple cakes from a recipe I converted...fx they work!

Sourdough bread (still working on perfecting this even with chookie's wonderful instructions), Tenina's umami paste, tikka paste from Indian cookbook, Thai sweet potato and lentil soup for work lunches.
