It's really a lovely cake, moist and quick.
Haven't had any for ages though, keep giving them to friends.

Yep, I've changed my avatar for better or worse  :D

Love it CP.
Was going through some old cook books yesterday and read about using coconut sugar to dust over cakes instead of icing sugar.  All you do is blitz the heck out of some flaked coconut until it becomes powder.  Might be useful in some cases and would cut down on the sugar a bit.

Not really cooking, but I've just loaded 10 trays of sliced lemons into my dehydrator.

Am just having a cappo break then going to make some chevapchichi to cook tomorrow.

Yesterday I made a spring vegetable terrine which has been chilling in the fridge overnight and will be our dinner tonight. Hope it's nice.  ;D

Looking forward to PHOTOS!!! :D :D :D

I'm cooking beef nachos for mum and SD's lunch. They were going to have it for dinner, but I've been asked to work tonight so I wouldn't be home to cook it for them ;)

Have to stop & just make pizzas & some dip, otherwise if we eat too much we will be charged excess baggage ;D

Plus what am I going to do with it all ??? 4 mini loaves in freezer plus the bread I make today.

Sour dough with no yeast is rising nicely.

I made some more bread this morning, then banana bread, some cupcakes and the icing to go on them.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Uni your stuffed capsicums look yummy!

I'm going to make Tenina's lemon curd, EDC spaghetti bolognaise/bechamel into lasagne.

Have some quinoa already cooked, will turn into quinoa mini muffins.
