I have had a power day with TMX. I made mayonnaise, strawberry jam, creamy rice pudding and bread.  For diner I made pork medallions with creamy mushroom sauce a non TMX recipe but very simple and delicious, happy to post the link if anyone wants it.

I've used my thermochef  a lot recently too. Yesterday, I made a quick strawberry icecream http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2697.0 which was devoured by the children. I also made another batch of CP's cornflake and choc chip biccies http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6446.0 as the batch I made earlier this week had all disappeared. I made pasta carbonara for dinner with the egg yoks left over from the icecream.
Today, I made swirly ham rolls http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2888.0 for lunch. I used some of my homemade tomato sauce on them, and my dd declared that they were even better cold.
Dinner tonight w lasagne. I made the cheese sauce in the Thermochef and added a whole cauliflower, which I had puréed.
I even made dessert tonight. I had bought some cream cheese close to it's use by date for 99c and I had a little lemon curd left so I made individual cheesecakes http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6560.0 they were so easy and very yummy.

Just made the onion bhajis from the Indian book,  WOW they are just like the real thing. I have always loved bhajis from Indian restaurants especially the ones from England, don't know why but Indian food in  restaurants in UK is quite different from Oz.

but now I am doing a happy dance because these bhajis are so nice !!! I made a quick yoghurt sauce to do go with them, cupful plain firm yoghurt, tablespoon shop bought mint sauce, tsp sugar dissolved in tbs hot water and pinch salt.

So far my best thing from the Indian book
