Oh yum uni!  I want to come to the BBQ to try some of those desserts!

I have made brioche dough and filled it with grated apple and cinnnamon and cooked it in a big circle - same as the lemon blueberry one last week.  Kids have demolished it for lunch - DS has just told me its his favourite.  Certainly better than the apple scrolls at Bakers Delight!

I hadn't made the brioche before the thread on here last week and it's become a fast favourite in this house with all the different fruit fillings.

Lovely presentation Uni but sorry, cannot come to your BBQ today - I had so many different desserts at Karen's get together yesterday that I have to give up these types of food for a while now  ;D
