Mondays left over braised beef in a large pastie for lunch.
Left over pastry in a dish to make flan for supper: one onion, two rashers bacon, 3 eggs and milk.
American brownie from here, reduced butter to 210, and sugar to 280. Seems fine.
3 loves bread a malted granary type. Very pleased with the bread.
