Thanks Wonder, yes getting better each day. Resting now with a heat pack.

The cake wasnt planned, dh picked 4 more zuchinis today & said another 10 will be ready in a few days, so thought I better  use one. The recipe is from the recipe community, the cake is cooling. Will see what its like later.

Chocolate crunch biscuits(just posted the recipe) , coffe frappe for one from Alyce's book ( have successfully halve the recipe before, but it didn't really work dividing the ingredients by four) and eggless lemon yoghurt cup cakes

Looking forward to your  fudge Johnro, yes its good to be on the mend.
ES, biscuits look good.
Heres my chocolate & zuchinni cake, its very moist, the crumbs tasted good.
It cracked more than other cakes.

Made a double batch of pikelets from the EDC to take to DD's Playgroup birthday party. I was surprised how easy and yummy they were.

I'm really hanging out for the salted caramel fudge recipe and Choc zucchini cake recipe though!
