I think the spunky boys on my kitchen rules did something like a turducken (love the name Amy ;D) and cooked it slowly in a water bath. I think I have the recipe somewhere.

Oh yeah, I remember that ;D They did a really good job :)

Since the cakes are nearly all gone that I made yesterday, I think I'll make something using Chrissa's cookie cutters today :D

No pics but the roast dinner was good, pork with crackling, roast potatoes, carrots, roast parsnips, braised leeks, home made stuffing with red onions lots of gravy, and for pud the choc soufflés made yesterday and frozen. Don't think 15 mins in my oven was long enough.

A real hit.
DH had soup for tea, I had a banana and clementine only, and DS made porridge. Don't know what DD had.
Tomorrow night shooters pie from freezer after work.
