I've decided to clean out my freezer and fridge so I'm just about to start some yoghurt and then I'm cooking Julie's pressure cooker potato and beef casserole and I'm going to make some garlic croutons from some left over bread
I do the best I can

The larger quiche, very happy with crust & how it came out of the tray.

Thanks kt2 & suzanne.

Recipe, very rarely follow one for quiches, but used 4 eggs cream & milk.
Cheese, mozarella, cheddar & parmessan

Blind baked pastry, used 1/2 a red onion & 1 spring onion, bunch of aspargus.

Baked at 200 until firm. Let it cool a bit then remove from tray.

Hope ths helps.

It's a great shaped tray for your lovely quiche Hally.

I just took a carrot cake (from the forum) out of the oven looks good, to hot to taste yet.  Garlic croutons sounds good, I was going to feed the birds with the bread but we will go halves.
