I haven't tried the EDC short crust yet Hally so I'm glad to hear its a good one.

I've been making Turkish Delight tonight.  Trying to convert the recipe from my SS book to TMX.  I did cheat by adding gelatine though.  Not sure if I'm happy with it yet, think it might taste a bit floury so I will wait to it sets and see how it goes before I post the recipe.

If its not perfect just means that I have to make some more!

my pasta machine just died ,no way in hell will i be doing it by hand, managed  to make just enough for DH

Wow!!  That looks seriously good.

I've got a carrot cake in the oven for DH's birthday  ;D (his favourite, but given how easy it was, maybe it will become mine too)
And going to do a roast dinner tonight - will be the first night I haven't used the tmx for dinner since I got it!!
