Love the pics too.

I had some lamb mince I didn't know what to do with, then I remembered a post a few days ago about lamb and feta burgers, so have made hamburger buns (just about to bake them), and got the mince mix underway now.
Also made another batch of cranberry & white choc cookies, and some hummus to go with yesterday's crackers.

We still have a small bit of DH's birthday cake left, so won't make dessert today (not that I usually would, but any excuse to play with my new toy).

Thermielove it's good to see you enjoying cooking with your Thermothingy

I have some bread dough on its first rise, I will make rols with this and I am making a variation of Tenina's Speck and Salad Pizza from Spin a dinner.  I am going to try using diced turkey in place of the speck with cranberry sauce instead of mustard. I might use a balsamic dressing on the salad.

Just made a Walnut biscuit Gateau for dessert, that will probably be all as I have a few other jobs to get done  this afternoon.
