Running a day behind!!!  Don't think I will catch Up.  Yesterday made Shortbread biscuits.  Garlic paste, Mushroom risotto, spring rolls and curried mince for puff triangles.  Then visitors arrived and stayed 3 hours and stopped my run.

Don't you hate it when someone interrups a cooking session Chookie  >:(   At this time of the year though it is bound to happen and we have to be thankful people care enough to visit.  I plan no more than 2 items at a time and if I can get through those and have had no phone calls about visitors wanting to come, then I start working on the next couple of items.  Sometimes I've just had enough and need to sit down or come on the forum for a rest  :D

The shortbreads do look light, post the recipe when you have time - the more choice the better.

Is it any wonder we sometimes have to post recipes from this section into a thread of their own - you would never find them in 1000 pages.  It's a very popular thread indeed and lovely to read what everyone is doing in their kitchen on a daily basis.

Made seriously good granola, based on my granola recipe. I replaced the honey and sugar with Canadian maple syrup Nd added macadamia nuts
