Great cooking girls. CC I have an easy never fail boiled fruitcake recipe. Can post if you are interested but its not as impressive looking as Sue's! Made scrummy lemon melt cookies (lemon season has started) and English muffins.
Here's the triple cream Brie I made from last weekend.....2-4 weeks before its ready, that is as long as its covered in the good white mould, and not pink or black mould...that would mean the chooks get it!And quark....which was so simple....adding 10 grains of starter to this long life milk...keep warm overnight, and there it is.unfortunately I dropped the plate just after I took the photo, so I didn't get to use it
